Driving Directions
NDMH Rehab sits at 18643 Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, central to the San Fernando Valley and accessible from anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area via the 101 Freeway and surface streets.
From Downtown Los Angeles
Take US-101 North toward Ventura. Exit at Reseda Boulevard, head north to Ventura Boulevard, then turn left (west). Continue for approximately one mile. NDMH is on the right at 18643 Ventura Blvd. Travel time: 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic.
From West Los Angeles and the Westside
Take I-405 North to US-101 North toward Ventura. Exit at Reseda Boulevard, head north, then west on Ventura. Travel time: 25 to 40 minutes.
From the South Bay and LAX area
Take I-405 North all the way to the 101 North, then follow the directions above. Travel time: 45 to 70 minutes depending on traffic.
From the Conejo Valley (Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Agoura)
Take US-101 South toward Los Angeles. Exit at Reseda Boulevard, head north, then west on Ventura. Travel time: 20 to 30 minutes.
From Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita
Take I-5 South to CA-118 West, then transition to US-101 South. Exit at Reseda Boulevard. Travel time: 45 to 60 minutes.
Air Travel
Bob Hope Airport (BUR) in Burbank is closest, approximately 20 minutes from the facility. LAX is about 35 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. Admissions coordinates ground transportation from either airport for out-of-area patients.
